WMC Remote and Receiver 1.0A

Ok, so I bought a new remote and receiver for WMC, and I've gone through the setup for my tv signal, and I get to the part where I have to enter a 3 digit channel to make sure it changes the channel on my set top box correctly, and when I enter three digits, it will only send one, sometimes 2 digits to my box. I'm stuck and I need some help. Thanks.

Re: WMC Remote and Receiver 1.0A

Ok, so WMC is telling me I have a "Viewing or Listening Conflict" whenever I try to change the channel with my WMC remote and asks if I'm sure I want to take over control. If I click yes, WMC crashes and I have to restart it. Any ideas why this would be. This is a brand new remote and receiver, and it was working fine last night, and I haven't made any changes.
