ive lost my e recovery managment does anyone know how i can recover it please

my laptop is an aspire 6920g so when it saysmanagement version do i put 6920g

Sorry, I've never used this software. If that's the only version number you have, try it. If it's incorrect then the program should detect this and ask you to enter the number again.
