My Monitor is Purple Pink

About 5 days ago my computer screen turned this purplish pink color and it doesnt want to go away

. Beofre it use to flash on and of but i would play with the cords in the back but i tried doin that this time and it didnt work. Wat do i do now do i have to buy a new monitor or can i take it to a computer store and see if they can do anything about it.

unless you have a friend who is a tv tech it is usually more economical to replace
