My pc always hangs

Hi there can anybody help me about my problem. My pc hangs all the time(randomly) especially if im playing games. I scanned my pc already but no virus had been found. Can anybody tell me whats the problem is

Give us your system specs. Try swapping ur memory around a bit to see if it isn't faulty RAM. But give us your specs as well to see what might be a problem

Also check the bios for temperatures and voltages. When you list specs (which you need to do), also list the brand name and wattage of the power supply.

Intel(R) Core(TM)2 CPU
4400 @ 2.00GHZ

You need to also list your video card and the brand name and watts of your power supply.

Also, go in to the bios and list the voltages and the temperatures for us.

MY video card is 512mb NVDIA Geforce 7300SE / 7220GS
My watts of my powersply is 250w
Sorry for this noob questing. How can i go in to the bios and list the voltages and the temperatures for us?.

what are you running
video card
cpu
m/board
ram
power supply
brand
wattage

check the listings in the bios for voltages and temperatures and post them
