Re: no input in screen after memory installed

Remove the CMOS battery (for about 20 mins) and install the old ram that was in it.
Let me know if it will bootup.

Re: no input in screen after memory installed

What kind of Video card do you have (On-Board or PCI)?
Did you install the OLD memory (after clearing the CMOS)?
What are the specs of your PC and or Motherboard (Make/Model)?
What is the memory originally installed (Make/Amount)?
What is the memory you brought to upgrade this PC (Make/Amount)?

Hi,

What is the memory you brought to upgrade this PC (Make/Amount)?
Will it show a screen if you use your ON-BOARD video card?

With the OLD memory installed and using the ON-Board Video (Remove your nVidia® GeForce™ FX 5200 (128MB) card)
Do you get a screen?
