Well the CD i try to drag and drop onto my desktop, i already know it a read only file so i can't rewrite it. After i select all the file i wanted and drag it toward my desktop, what i get was a shortcut not the real file. What is going on? Why it make shortcut not the real copy of it? and there was a CD type on the right of the window and it stated "CDFS" what that means?

Re: I cant copy read-only file normally
CD audio tracks can be made into mp3's by a lot of programs. Windows Media Player being one of them. Here's a link to MicroSoft's instructions on how to do it. http://www.microsoft.com/windows/win...vice/0080.mspx
