e-Power MasterPower UPS Shutdowns
I've been running an e-Power S-P525U UPS at home without problems for about 3 years. In the past month or so, the UPS system has shut itself down without warning, resulting in hard crashes for the 2 computers attaches. The PowerCheck software indicates no problems with the unit and that the battery is fully charged, but when I run the UPS test manually the system does not cut over to the battery and instead shuts down completely.
This is less than desirable behavior for a UPS system. Has anyone else had this problem? Do I need to replace the UPS? I run a web server out of the house, and I depend on the UPS for 24-7 operations. Help! |
