It's true! This device CAN perform faster!
I am connecting a new camera to an older (ca. 2002) Dell Inspiron laptop, and boy, those image uploads are slow!
I get the popup reminding me that it "can perform faster" - with USB 2.0 presumably. Can someone point me toward a resource explaining how to check my USB ports, and how to ensure I am getting top speeds or how to upgrade if I am not? Thanks! |

What model is the Inspiron? . .
You could use a PCMCIA adaptor like this: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16839200002
