Xbox 360 Video sharing issue

I have everything setup, windows media player 11 is on and sharing is configured, my desktop shows up on my 360, and it is sharing music fine. But it cant find the videos I have in my library or any shared video. Any idea what could be the problem?

Are your videos in a format that is recognised by the XBox?

You can check your video codec details with GSpot.

Yep, they are, and when they arent, it displays the video with a red x or something to distinguish it.
