CPU restart

Hi,

I have a CPU i.e. AMD 3200. I have sufficient backup for it. I am using APC UPS for this CPU. But at every change over (DG Set to Mains and Mains to DG) it restarts. I also chagned the SMPS and changed the machine location. Please let me know either there any internal issue.

Whats the rated output of the UPS (Watts and Voltage)
