Hello ,
What type of Palm is it ?? I have a Palm T/X You might need to go to (http://www.palm.com) for a patch like I did !! You will have to create a account to enter the forums there They have all the patchs & links for setting them up even for (Vista) They can just be a pain for they are a very picky device .......
