Big Help Needed, Fustrated And Helpless! (Computer/Keyboard Prob)

This might be quite long but hope YOU can help me, haha thanks.
Let me begin, That day after downloading a certain tool from the internet, my computer started to slow down, so i suspected some viruses and trojans. And i was right, the tool which i downloaded had a Trojan which mass downloaded viruses and trojans and also block my ability to Task manager. I downloaded malwarebytes and deleted the main source, and AVG to later to remove the 100 plus bugs which was hidden into anywhere it could hide. RIGHT HERE IT GOES, After 3-5 days, my computer starts to have problem starting, it keeps showing the "Unable to read keyboard" black screen and doesn't allow me to start my computer, as in even before windows XP loading screen, gives me a bunch of options which i can't choose without keyboard.
The same problem causes it to restart 5-20 minutes, until finally, my keyboard's light stops flashing rapidly, and my computer starts. It has been happening about 1 month already. I tried re-installing couple of times to no avail...Including switching USB ports which my computer has 6 of them, all has been tested, but no, i did not work.
Many of you would think "Why don't just change a new keyboard" My keyboard is a gaming keyboard which i forked out 180 Bucks (SGD) When working during the holidays (I am secondary school student) So it means pretty much a lot for me. I tried searching related problems on google and yahoo, but not even one case close to this has happened.
What i am suggesting is that, my computer has some issues with reading my keyboard. Another suggestion is that because i had the mass trojan and viruses from the master trojan which forced viruses and trojans to hide anywhere into my computer including my keyboard, because my keyboard has a tiny on-board memory for gaming.
Hope my details for helping you to solve my problem has been sufficient, deeply hopping for someone to salvage my problem!
,Regards.

It sounds like you haven't fully removed all the infections. AVG and malwarebytes won't detect or remove everything. Post back with details of the infected file you downloaded if you would like our security analysts to clean your computer, then we can look at the keyboard if it's still not working properly.

Have you tested another keyboard on your computer, and tested your keyboard on another computer?
