virus need help

well 2day i ran a full system search and it found Win32:Spyware-gen(trj) with avast and tried 2 delete and it wouldnt work and i tried 2 move 2 chest and it doesnt work a error message comes up saying the archive is not supported by avast or something like that ive tried almost everything i could i downloaded superantispyware and tried numerous online scans and nuttin can delete can some1 help me

Have you tested after that and is it still there?
