GE Dual Scroll Optical Mouse Issues

I bought an Optical mouse 2 months ago and it was working perfectly up until about 2 weeks ago, when all of a sudden the light on the mouse went dim and stopped working.

Re: GE Dual Scroll Optical Mouse Issues

I guess you bought GE mouse for 10 to 15 dollars?

You are not the only one with GE Optical Mouse problems.. I have similar problem too My mouse died on me within 3 month after I purchase it, the RMB and scroll doesn't work.

I was very suprised GE sold pieces of crap, A same company that manufacture Commerical Airline engine, Locomotive engine and etc.. I was told it was best one in world... I guess GE isn't really into computer parts :)

Anyway, just Give up on GE Optical mouse, its not worth of hassle. get A better mouse (Recommend Logitech).

Re: GE Dual Scroll Optical Mouse Issues

Hey Kreivan - if you buy yourself a Logitech Trackman Wheel - can you post a note on how you find it pls

See my post from yesterday below - I too am curious about these things - so any comments you have would be great

Logitech Trackman Wheel - Any Comments??

I have just bought myself a 22" LCD monitor and it's great - compared to my old 17" CRT job - BUT now I have this giant screen - I am running out of desk space to travel my mouse over to get the cursor from one side of the 22" screen to the other.

I am thinking of buying a trackball - a Logitech Trackman Wheel as this doesn't need to move over the desk - it just sits still and you move the cursor with your thumb

My question to the TSF is has anyone got any comments on the Logitech Trackman Wheel - good , bad or indifferent
