[SOLVED] Logitech Trackman Wheel - Any Comments??

I have just bought myself a 22" LCD monitor and it's great - compared to my old 17" CRT job - BUT now I have this giant screen - I am running out of desk space to travel my mouse over to get the cursor from one side of the 22" screen to the other.

I am thinking of buying a trackball - a Logitech Trackman Wheel as this doesn't need to move over the desk - it just sits still and you move the cursor with your thumb

My question to the TSF is has anyone got any comments on the Logitech Trackman Wheel - good , bad or indifferent

Re: Logitech Trackman Wheel - Any Comments??

You could instead just try increasing the speed that the mouse moves across the screen. Go to control panel -> mouse ->pointer options and increase the speed a bit. The increased speed may bit a bit much at first but you will get used to it quickly.

Sorry I didn't really answer your main question, I don't really know much about the trackman wheel. Though customer reviews on amazon seem to like it very much, so should you decide to get it I think you will like it a lot http://www.amazon.com/exec/obidos/AS...nnorswebguidec
