Help With Many Things!?

ok everytime i turn on my computer i have this thing called purityscan setup pop up wanting me to download it. i want to get rid of that but dont kno how... and then after that when i connect to my dsl i have a bunch of virus's my mcafee finds called blackbox[1].class, dummy[1].class verifierbug[1].class, theres more.... but i try to delete them from mcafee says i cant so i just push stop is there any other way i can get rid of these plz help me : (

Download Hijack this here

And then post the results in the HJT log file help section. (They will be able to help you out with your problem.)
