[Problem] Bluetooth Mouse/KB
Hi there,
I have a bluetooth mouse and keyboard. When my computer goes into sleep mode, the mouse and keyboard are both unresponsive and I can't use either of them for up to 5 - 10 minutes after sleep mode. Can anyone tell me how to stop this from happening?

Re: [Problem] Bluetooth Mouse/KB
Hi,
A bluetooth keyboard & mouse will also go into sleep-mode; usually after 15mins and this may have something to do with your problem. Do you have the User Guide to check for any settings that should be adjusted? You could also go into Control Panels Keyboard and then Mouse settings; navigate to Hardware>Properties>Power Management and ensure that the box for "Allow this device to bring the computer out of stand-by" is checked. What make and model of keyboard & mouse do you have? |
