[SOLVED] Ratty Mouse??

I have a brand new computer, keyboard & mouse.

The mouse is a Logictec cable connected optical unit - but all of a sudden it has developed the shakes. It moves across the screen in jerks & starts.

Tried using a mouse pad - cause I have has similar problems with "shiny desk surfaces", even cleaned the mouse pad - but it's still jumpy. I works OK but 'tiz a bit of a pain that it jumps in fits and starts instead of just moving cleanly over the page.

Anybody got any suggestions - settings changes, clean its eyes - "bait / trap" the damned thing and get a replacement - what ever

If you can't find a picture of your keyboard/mouse click on "still can't find your product?" down the bottom of the page.

Re: Ratty Mouse??

Tks Brian

I didn't do much good with the Logitec site - but whilst your reply was coming in I was updating drivers for my MB from Gigabyte - and for some reason that seems to have fixed it (hopefully just not for now)

Regards Philip

Guess we can mark this one as solved - even if I don't know how or why
