Monitor or Power Supply?
I have a Cibox LM19T monitor which is playing up on boot up. When it reaches my login password page the monitor picture clicks on an off rapidly (picture to black screen repeatedly). I have tried a different monitor and all is perfect. Can any one advise me on a way to check if it is the monitor or power supply at fault please?.
