Monitor Colorization Problems
I got a new monitor yesterday, a Samsung T220, loaded up all the drivers, hooked everything up correctly however it seems to have a problem colorizing black. Almost anything that should be black has a blueish color to it. And the loading screens when you first boot the computer are a solid blue instead of black.
I tried playing with the monitor's setting a whole bunch and the best I could do was to reduce the blue a little bit but not get rid of it completely. My friends, who are more computer savvy than me, tried a few other things but none of them seemed to work either I can provide a picture but its going to be poor quality as if I just use the print screen feature it will show up normal to anyone with a working monitor. So i did the best I could and took a picture with my camera phone:(http://img59.imageshack.us/img59/2188/0606080028rv2.jpg) The bar on the left side of the screen is supposed to be black. Again, sorry for the poor quality but it was the best i could do. Thank you for any help you offer. Last edited by Midgehh; 06-06-2008 at 02:39 PM. |
