DVD write error

I've burned hundreds of DVDs using DVD shrink and Nero. Recently I've been getting a dvd write error when nero starts up and I can't figure it out. I also get an error if I try to use DVD decryptor to burn the dvd. If anyone has any suggestions I would greatly appreciate it. Thanks. Here is the log:
