keyboard problems

I have a new MSI 600 labtop (Vista) and the integrated keyboard some times stops to work. When I restart the computer it hangs up at the wellcome screen. What is the problem and how can I solve the problem?

Sounds like an overheating problem. If it is brand new, let the manufacotor fix or replace it.
