Digital camcorder to Pc File issue please help!
yeah im not even sure if this even belongs in the category or even this site, anyways heres the problem:
i have a Hitachi MV550A camcorder it takes dvd-ram. I can play it back on the camcorder itself and on the tv through the cord. My pc plays dvd's but not this and it won't find/read the files when i use the usb instead. I installed the software it came with and that won;t work. IM just treying to get the files off the camcorder to the Pc. When i plug the usb in it makes the noise like its connected and thats it, when i go to th folder i think the files should be in theres nothign in it so i dont know please help! thanks |

i forgot to say that after the sound and i go to my computer theres a folder that is new which has another folder called dcim but nothin is in it?
