Canon 3000f scanner driver or software glitch
Hiya Guys
I'm hoping you may be able to help - its an interesting problem. I have 2 pc's 1 Vista and 1 XP. I have had this 3000f scanner for a few years now. I decided to scan my Dads slides for my Mum for mothers day but ran into a snag. Opened the toolbox and there was no film option - so I d/loaded latest driver and s/ware from canon for Vista, started her up - error message - "this scanner cannot scan original film" What the ... ?. ![]() Uninstalled driver and s/ware, rebooted, re installed, rebooted - same. - reverted back to old s/ware and driver - no film option. Did same thing on XP computer. Thing is - its a film scanner and its done it before on older PC's. any ideas ? |
