Keyboard & mouse not responding.
Running Win XP SP2. Bought a new keyboard & mouse yesterday as old ones wearing out. Just plugged them into USB ports but no response from either. Plugged the old ones back in & no response from those either. The lights are on on kb & mouse.
Tried several reboots with all combinations of old & new kit plugged & unplugged, but no luck. I don't have any PS/2 ports. The New Hardware Wizard is showing on the screen awaiting a response, so this may be related. Any ideas? Thanks |
