Exclamation Monitor's RGB all messed up. Help Please :)

i have an eMachines eView 17f3. i powered down my computer one night. and turned it on the next morning and come to find out the Red colors will not show up.

i have a dual view setup. my main monitor is a Dell flat screen. and this is my second display. the dell shows all colors fine. just this monitor won't.

i have checked and toyed with the OSD but no settings work to show the Red. so it seems to me i only have GB instead of RGB :(

any help would be appreciated. thanks.

it's usually a dry solder joint that needs resoldering or a faulty cable
