LCD Monitor Problem
Hello, my problem is that when I connect my PC to my Samsung Syncmaster LCD monitor it displays a blank screen. However when I hook it up to a different computer it works just fine. When I try and switch it back again I still get no image. As far as I know my computer is working properly. It makes all the normal noises and shows the right lights and stuff when booting into windows. Its just not picking up the monitor signal for some reason. One final thing I should note. My computer has two monitor hookups on it. The traditional blue input on the middle of the back of the tower, and then a larger white input on the bottom part of the back of the tower. The initial monitor that came with this computer included an adapter for connecting through the white input port on the bottom. I don't know if this has anything to do with the problem either. Thanks for your help.

Re: LCD Monitor Problem
Oh well when I have tried to connect before it has been through the blue port in the middle of the tower, without using the adapter. Thats the one that gives me the blank screen. But regardless it should be able to connect through that port, unless I have to change some settings or something?

Re: LCD Monitor Problem
on recent computers when insert a card it disables the onboard
connect it to the lower port then see if you can access safe mode
