Help

I just bought a Microsoft wireless laser desktop 4000 and i get a error c:\docum~1\owner1\LOCALS~1\temp\(5809e7cf-11d4-9875-00105ace7734)-\folist.txt coul not be installed . but the keyboard and mouse seems to be working great but just can't install the hardware . How do i fix this problem ?

It also has setup has dected conflicting device software all ready installed on this systemthat may impair the functionality of the device software i'm trying to install .

I got the problem fixed . Where i got the wireless keyboard/mouse was from Wal-Mart and they had a sticker over the system info i did a search at Microsoft products found out it was for a 64 bit system not 32 bit system . So returned the device back asked why they had a sticker over such importain info they said it was a mistake . But thanks for trying to help me on this problem .
