help!!

my acer T120 wont let the standard keyboard work right.The characters are on the wrong keystrokes.anyone have an answer?

Click Start > Control Panel > Date, Time, Language, and Regional Options > Regional and Language Options.

Click on Languages tab on Regional and Language Options screen

Make sure the English (United States) - US is selected as default keyboard settings
