[SOLVED] PC not detecting KEYBOARD

I installed two operating system on my PC and when the option comes up to select one to load my keyboard is disabled. My keyboard is also disabled for the window that allows user to go into safe mode etc....

I will really appreciate help from anyone

Hi

It's a USB keyboard, correct?
If so, enable "USB legacy support" (or similar) in BIOS.

I tried that before it didn't work but have enabled it again now it's working
