im pissed off because i need to make a pivot animation file and i accidentally overwrote it and its due really soon how do i recover it?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?

There are some file recovery programs out, try looking for them in Google. The chances are though, if you overwritten the file you cannot recover. You can only usually recover deleted files that are not permanantly gone.
