Power & HDD light issue
i've got an older compaq desktop computer. The Power Led and HDD Led on the front of the case remain blinking after computer is shut down and while running too. Any ideas on why this might be happening???

You'll get the blinking when in the "sleep" mode, which is not really an "off" state. The power button takes these computers in and out of "sleep". Holding the power button for 20 seconds will cause a power off but should be used as a last resort. You should always shut down through the "Start button / shut down" menu to avoid corrupting your data.
