Multiple Compaq Laptop issues
1) Randomly , when I type certain letters they show as #'s o.o
2) I recently started recieving errors like C:\Setup.exe C:\Windows\System32\autoexec.nt (I forgot this , it might have been "Encountered an illegal instruction" but I'm not sure) Anyway I found someone who said to drag the "Autoexec.nt" from my REPAIR folder into the System 32 folder so I did so and stopped recieving the errors. Now I am recieving C:\setup.exe The NTVDM CPU has encountered an illegal instruction CS:051d IP:0102 OP:63 72 69 70 74 Choose close to terminate the application. Now I have a exe in my C:\ that says startup but when I delete it it just respawns when the error pops up? Any solutions? |
