Barebone Kit problem

First time seeking help
just bought Wintergreen barebone kit, added celeron 2.0 cpu, ram, video and sound card, hard drive with xp on it.
Turn it on, reconizes everything, stop at Verifying DMI spool Data and then just runs for ever without starting XP from the drive
Anyone knows why? Did forget something?
Can someone give me some advice please

Are you positive all of the pieces are compatible (mainly memory). You may also need to reinstall windows, as sometimes the drivers for the motherboard are different, and windows will not load.
