How do I transfer music onto my MP3 player?

Okay, well I just got a Samsung YEPP 55 and I have no idea how to transfer music. I put the disk in and apparently it installed then I plugged the USB cord in and it installed as well apparently and then I installed the Studio.

In the directions it says to plug it in (which I did, and it has batteries as well), turn it on, and drag your music files (in the picture it shows the My Music folder) drag your music files to the removable disk icon and I have no frigging idea where that is! So if anyone can help at all or has the same brand or model, please reply.

Thanks loads!

Come on guys, someone must know something! Even if you don't have that brand, maybe you could advise me on how to upload music to your mp3 in general? I've tried all day today and last night.
