It is about Dell LCD monitor

Thank u very much first of all for the tech support forum for allow me to be the member
I am technical man in one of the Gov office , the dell LCD monitor and its model E172FPb .When turn the start button on I saw first there was a yellow blinking and the screen was black , what my guess was a shorted transistors in the inverter Circuit .I was right, two transistrs C5707 were shorted I replaced the shortedone with the news . But after one month, it happened the same problem on the same transistors. I replaced another new transistors again but after two hours normal working again the transistors shorted ,I saw the components in the circuit near the transistors all are ok ,Please can u help me which part of the circuit cause the transistors to be shorted I need help please
