How to listen to FM radio with my Capture Card

Hi i have this:

Its a TV Tuner, Capture Card, and FM radio ect.

I was wondering how do i go about listen to the FM radio, what wire do i need, where do i hook it up to?

Also does anyone know the bit rate the sound would be in, will it be good quality?

im guessing theres an onboard app for the FM?

FYI the TV analog band is FM, you can use the TV antenna for the audio feed. All thats different is the reciever band crystal.
