Creative 3220 power issue
I bought a set of Creative I-Trigue 3220 speakers and have made absolutely sure that everything is plugged into the correct sockets and securely. However, although it is plugged into the mains, I turned on the speakers (using the wired controller) to find no power at all.
I think the problem lies in the plug supplied with the speakers. It is a 2-pin Euro plug. The box did include a 3-pin UK converter into which the Euro plug is slotted. It has been screwed on and we have tried replacing the fuse, but to no avail. What is going wrong? |

Re: Creative 3220 power issue
Yes, I have turned the volume up.
It was in the OFF position, I turned it, it then clicked and displayed 2. The unit does not turn on - the controller's LED doesn't light up. |
