USB Mouse- doubleclicking always

Hey Pros and others that want to lend there word,

I have a USB Mouse that no matter how soft I click or how hard it seems to want to double click. it is a older mouse but it wasnt giving me problems till lately.

the only thing that I have done outside the reg. is when I turned off the computer, unplugged everything and air cleaned my computer.

here is a pic of my mouse settings... I have tried to changing the speeds going ether way and it feels like it didn't do anything

Hi,

What did you do in the Registry?

Look in Explorer > Tools > Folder options (click the image below). What do you see?
click.jpg

Have you tried another mouse?

I havent went into building computers till now and I have had this mouse for more then 6 years (yeah... 6 years!!!!). Re: USB Mouse- doubleclicking always

I'll leave your picture - nothing wrong with it.
If the problem continues with another mouse we'll have to look at other causes.
Please keep us updated.
