Fan RPM

My computer is loud really loud. I have downloaded speed fan but I am having trouble getting it configured correctly. Right now I have two 120mm fans front and back, one for the north bridge, and there are two in my power supply. Using a Koolance Exos for my CPU.
This week I am upgrading my fans to the 3 Silenx 120mm.
Also I posted in another sub forum about a connector from my Power supply, It is called FAN RPM, stating it is for 8cm fan RPM detection.

So with all these fans installed what are the best connectors on the motherboard to connect all these fans too?
And does anyone know how to set up SmartFan using a water cooler for the CPU.

And please the simplest instructions possible.

Thanks a bunch

Re: Fan RPM

This is what I have using Speedfan, but I do not have it configured yet.
So everything is running at 100% except the CPU cooler which is seperate since it is water cooled.
CPU cooler is running at 20-30%.
I would be great if I could get my CPU to -9C
