webcam only shows black
I just purchased a cheap Dynex DX-DTCAM and I installed it properly but every time I try to run the program it keeps coming up black. It says it is running properly but the screen stays black. Can anyone please tell me what I am doing wrong? I am sure its something ridiculously small, but I am counfused.
