Finally upgrading...

I have an old 533MHz Celeron PC that needs to be upgraded, so I have searched long and hard for the best gaming PC for $610~ CAD:

Motherboard - http://www.directcanada.com/products/?sku=17060BD2885 - $85.9766.
Central Processing Unit - http://www.directcanada.com/products/?sku=10360BD5430 - $108.0882.
Random Access Memory - http://www.directcanada.com/products/?sku=11230BD9653 - $24.3694.
Random Access Memory two - http://www.directcanada.com/products/?sku=11230BD9653 - $24.3694.
Video card - http://www.directcanada.com/products/?sku=11610BD1558 - $98.8768.

Power Supply Unit - http://www.directcanada.com/products/?sku=11730AC6096 - $82.3620.

Case - http://www.directcanada.com/products/?sku=11130AC4441 - $55.5228.
Keyboard - http://www.directcanada.com/products/?sku=15240ID2256 - $8.0136.
DVD+/-RWs - http://www.directcanada.com/products/?sku=12740AC7558 - $4.0068.
This computer build costs $610.3056 CAD.

Sorry for the long list. Anyways, is everything here ok? As you can probably see, I don't plan on running Crysis on max. I want to play DX9 games mostly. Will this play most of them on max settings? Thank you for any suggestions.
