Problem with USB headset
Hello,
I have a Logitech Premium 350 USB headset. I've used it for over 3 years, without any problems. However, now it appears to be broken: it just doesn't work. The little blue light is off. I've tried all USB ports (which all work, almost everything is USB here). I figured the headset was broken after a few intensive years. However, just for the sake of trying, I plugged it in another PC. It works without problems. How can this happen and how can I fix this? -Headset is fine, as it works on other computers -USB ports are fine, my mouse, keyboard, webcam etc. all work -but it doesn't work? It's been fine for three years, and I really don't know how this could have happened. Any suggestions? |
