START -> CONTROL PANEL -> ADD HARDWARE.

Can you do it that way? - Have you tried that?

Or do you have any installation CD's for your drives?

No optical drives, remember?

Would it be possible to find these drivers online?

I had a code 41 error, in computer management by drives had yellow exclamation marks on them which said that there was a code 41 error. I found a fix on another forum, I had to remove a few keys in the registry and reboot - job done!
