Setting up Multiple network printers
Hi All,
I often have to setup multiple network printers for groups of people in the office, this is time consuming and mind-numbingly repetetive... People are always moving for silly reasons so i have to set them up to use a different set of printers as they move. Also our office is expanding and there are new people starting all the time (meaning new PCs!) My question is, is there any software that could do this task for me? or is there a way to do it in win2k? prehaps some kind of macro that i can run that can install drivers from a shared network drive and configure network printer settings etc? hope you can help, thanks Karl |
