Canon Powershot s410 Black Spot

A black spot has mysteriously appeared on the tiny screen, and it even transfers over to the pictures I download or print. I take good care of my camera; what could have caused this problem?

I had originally thought that it might be a problem with the photo sensors or whatever, but that looks like there's something on the lens, whether on the inside or on the outside. Is there nothing visible on the lens, or even inside it?
