help deleting programs
i am having problems permanetely deleting programs i go to the add remove in the control panel and click on remove program and it asks am i sure i want to delete program i click tes and it goes off of my favorite list the next time i long on it is back on the fav list am i doing something wrong? also i can be looking at a web page e bay for example and all of a sudden it will go blank i have to go all the way back to the begging of the page that i started out on and go thru everything again it may stay on for 5 min and it will leave i really could use some help with these problems? iam not to smart with computers so please try and anwser with something not to techinal, thank in advance.
