canyon webcam again :S
hello there!
I bought a canyon webcam.. and it's not working. it's a cn-wcam21, and I've already installed drivers and stuff, but, guess what, when I put the plug into the usb store, no light appear and the system doesn't even say some "hey I've found new hardware" or "unidentified harware". NOTHING AT ALL. It just seems not seeing any plug.. I tried to put some other stuff, so to check if the USB store is broken, but the VOIP phone works properly, and even the internet or whatever else. the strange fact is that this is the second webcam I change for the same problem. could anyone help me? thanks a lot! chiara |
