Blue Screen Error

Hello, I have a problem that has been seriously bugging me but I have been putting off fixing it. Just about once a day, sometimes more, sometimes less, for the past 4 months or so, I get a blue screen error prompting my computer to shutdown. The screen is blue with white text and this is the message:

A Problem has been detected and windows has to shut down to prevent damage to your computer

The system encountered and uncorrectable hardware error.

If this is the first time you've seen this stop error screen, restart your computer, If this screen appears again follow these steps:

Check to make sure any new hardware or software is properly installed. If this is a new installation, ask your hardware or software manufacturer for any windows updates you might need.

If problems continue, disable or remove any newly installed hardware or software. Disable Bios Memory options such as caching or shadowing. If you need to use Safe Mode to remove or disable components, restart your computer press F8 to select advanced setup options and then select safe mode.

I have updated all the drivers I could think of, and always update to the latest software versions of everything. I have noticed that the computer crashes often when I am at a site that uses Adobe Flash Player, and also for a specific example, I can only last about 5 - 10 minutes watching an episode of a show on NBC's episode viewer without crashing. Those are the two instances where this error screen pops up often to my recent knowledge. Also, I do believe that this error screen has been showing up less with time, specifically after I updated my graphics drivers to the latest version about a month ago (this may not be the actual case but just something I thought I noticed). Anyway, my computer specs are:

Intel Core 2 6400 CPU @ 2.13 GHz
2047 MB Corsair XMS2 Memory DDR2 800 (Not too positive about the type, but can check again if needed)
Asus P5W DH Deluxe Motherboard
680
Creative SB Audigy 2 ZS Audio Card
NVIDIA GeForce 7950 GX2 Graphics Card
OCZ GameXStream 700 W PSU (I found another thread with the same problem with the PSU noted as the problem, but correct me if I'm wrong I do believe this has the power to support my system..)
WD Raptor 10,000 RPM HDD 150 GB
I use Mozilla FireFox 2.0 for internet browsing

Oh, and a tid bit more of my useless 2 cents: I do believe it's a problem with something to do with Vista, as this exact rig ran fine with XP. Thank for in advance for the help! If there is any other information needed let me know and I can send it ASAP! Thanks again!

Re: Blue Screen Error

it seems related to the video drivers, plenty of reports on it,but only 2 suggested fixes
disable duel core
update the drivers
i would go with the driver solution,if you have the latest version, did you remove the previous drivers before installing the new ones
try the drivers from here click on the listing on the right
