[SOLVED] Monitor problem

Hello, I have a 4 year-old custom computer with a P4P800 Deluxe motherboard with a P4 processor. It has a nVidia GeForce-FX 5200 video card, 1 WD 120GB ATA drive and 1 WD 300GB SATA drive. It has 1024 MB of Corsair DDR RAM.

When you turn the computer on, there is no response from the monitor. It is not the monitor or the cable. The hard drives both spin up, and the motherboard seems to be working properly. I beleive the video card is the problem, but it seems to be functioning, it gets warmer when you turn the computer on, so I think there is power going through it.

If you have any ideas, please help me out, this is a business computer and it is needed. I'll answer any questions you might have.

The monitor works, it has been tried with another computer.

I agree, I was just looking to see if someone else saw another thing I could try. Thanks for your time though.
